The SOLFOG generates a very fine, dry fog made of ultrapure brine solution by a ultrasonic fog maker. This dense fog is delivered to the room through an airstream that is produced in the unit. Thereby a salty sea climate is created in the according room. The dosing capacity is sufficient for rooms with a floor space of app. 270 ft² (25 m²) - depending on air exchange rate. The brine solution is primed out of an air sealed bag (Politainer). This bag interfolds when the liquid brine solution is taken out. This procedure prevents the contamination of the solution with germs of the ambient air. A salty room climate is said to support the healing process in case of respiratory problems and skin diseases. Additionally the according room can be aromatised by the system. For this reason aroma oil concentrate is evaporated in the system and the aromatised air is blown into the room together with the salty fog. Operation and visualisation via 5-line LC display and three buttons. Fault indications are displayed in plain text. The SOLFOG has three operation modes: cyclic operation, push-button operation or external control. This SOLFOG-V3-US_CAN model is listed by CSA Group as certified under 303875 file number.

POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED BEFORE THE INSTALLATION:
Before the installation of a SOLFOG all materials haveto be checked on their corrosion resistance against the saline climate, even the ventilation pipework.
The SOLFOG is not licensed for medical purpose
Use only pure, disinfected WDT brine solution with a salt concentration of app. 5%. WDT brine solution is delivered in a sterile condition in a closed bag. Outstanding brine solution is affected by bacterial impact and so should not be used.
The SOLFOG is only useful for rooms with a max. temperature of app. 140 °F (60 °C).
