A plunge pool is suitable for cooling down after a heat treatment and for refreshment. The water temperatures in a plunge pool are usually between +1°C to +15°C. Depending on the temperature to be reached, the MSK Group offers various cooling options.
For example, ice walls inside the pool can be used for cooling. Indirect cooling with a surge water tank is also possible. With this variant, there is a constant exchange of water with the immersion tank and a separately cooled storage tank. For temperatures up to 8°C, MSK offers machines with continuous cooling. Here the water is led by means of pumps through a refrigeration unit and thus brought to the desired temperature.
Temperature: The water temperature in the dip tank is usually between +1°C and +15°C and can be realized individually within a defined temperature spectrum according to customer requirements.
